I was hesitant because some reviews were rather bad, saying it was cheaply made etc... I had one of these in another brand and loved it, this one is ten times better so of course I love it. I have never owned anything like this in a 'professional' brand so I can only compare it with my last one and this one is a very good quality and made well...if you have issues, I suggest contacting the seller or Amazon because duds happen in any brand. Mine works great and does not look or feel cheap.

Yes, I needed something to take care of my "man" feet, knarly nails, and a toenail clipper wasn't hacking it. I didn't want to use my battery powered Dremel, so I bought this. Before I even got to use it, the wife took it for her own with the statement, "I was thinking about getting one for myself". I guess the restitution is, after a foot soak, the wife gave my feet a manicure with it. It worked well and had all the attachments she needed to get my feet done. She uses it a few times a week, she is happy with it.
