The media could not be loaded. Excellent purchase! 100% human hair, golden blond and long hair. Out of the box easy to comb. After gently shampooing and conditioner she was wrapped in a towel while I worked my salon day. Removed the towel and could comb through easily.
Cons- the hole in base for tripod stem is very small. Too small for my PivotPoint tripod. Also the "skin" they layer over the hard headroom is loose. Be very careful not to submerge thus, or ANY MANNEQUIN. Some have complained about the hair shedding and the texture, But that's to be expected from any mannequin. Since the hair is heavily processed to sterilize it. Overall, extremely satisfied with this purchase and will buy more.

I'm a cosmetology student and bought this to do a color wheel project. This mannequin head works really well with thermal tools, haircuts, updos, shampooing and bleaching/coloring. I will say to be cautious when using bleach as leaving it on the mannequin head for over 45-55 minutes will turn it a bit gummy. I only give it 4 stars because after I did one bleach session, loads of hair was coming off and I've never had that issue with other mannequin heads bought from Amazon. It wasn't a lot of hair to the point where there was balding spots but it was a good amount. But the colors looked awesome on the mannequin! I would definitely recommend for cosmetology students :)
