Another update: The replacement piece they sent worked but caused another problem so they are resending me another different piece to try. I love this hula hoop. I use it frequently. It has had a few broken pieces. The first time it was the connector piece that broke. I was able to reach the company and they sent me a replacement! Perfect! Then a few months later the wheel broke on the weighted ball. Now I cannot figure out how to contact the company to see if they will send a replacement. Please help! I want to fix my hula hoop!
