studier than other brands, more like a shoe

Sturdy build, which is a tradeoff because it doesn't feel quite as "barefoot" as other brands. In rocky terrain, that's a net plus. I replaced the shoelaces with elastic shock cord so as to increase the barefoot/glove feel. All in all, it's replaced the less sturdy versions because of my terrain.
Great shoe

Will update when they start to fall apart. But I'm getting some immediate relief wearing them. I'm bare at home all the time and hate wearing shoes. Wish I discovered these sooner
Well-made, but grips my toes

I tried minimalist shoes from Whitin, Saguaro, and Weweya. The soles of all three were similar. The footbed (where the insole lays on top of) of the Whitin and Weweya are made of a rubbery material. This material has not held up well in my Whitin shoes and causing some molding on the bottom of the insoles. The Saguaro footbed appears to be a nylon fabric that I expect to be most durable and breathable.
The Saguaro uppers are made of thin nylon(??) material that seems durable so far. This material has little padding and rubs on my bare skin a little. The Saguaro shoes have the lowest profile of the three, making sock choices more relevant. These shoes are also the best-looking of the three.
The Weweya's appear to have superior uppers, being thicker with more padding and more durable materials. The Weweya shoes did not get much wear time because the rubber sole wraps over the top of my toes and grips my toes uncomfortably. I guess my toes are too thick for Weweya shoes I have since returned.

Fantastic shoes, and not just for the price.

After a week of walking in these, I can honestly say that these shoes are, hands down, the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, including "toe shoes," brand-name minimalist shoes, or regular shoes or sneakers. I was a little skeptical given that ergonomically "good" shoes sell for so much more money, but I'm glad I read the reviews and ordered these. As others have said in the reviews, it's a good idea to order half a size larger than normal.
Great shoe for home gym and stationary bike.

I am an older guy who has been hitting the gym in his basement with great success. I use a stationary bike primarily for my cardio. I removed the foot straps on the pedals and just pedal old school. The shoes I had were killing my toes. In fact I had injury from them to one toe.
This shoes have a nice wide toe base. My toes feel great. Additionally the thin bed of the show really helps you to feel the pedals. They are great for lifting weights, rowing machine etc. Not sure if they would fit in a strap/cage on bike petals. I am very happy would buy again.
