Read a lot of reviews about getting the right size. I typically buy underwear one size down, but after reading the reviews, I bought these one size up. Got them today, washed them, wearing them, and they are GREAT! Not too tight, very comfy, and they definitely hold the heat. Based on my job occupation, definitely getting a couple more pair!

I've tried many different 1st layers from different high priced brands to old fashioned long John's and they have all let me down. I either get cold from the wind coming through or from sweating and then stopping to sit on stand and they would NOT wick away the moisture nor keep me warm any longer.
These- wow! A+ TSLA! I have been able to hike deep into & up the mountains, carrying my pack full of the necessary items to survive if I had to stay out there for the night or longer- my rifle, my 3L H²0 bladder + an excess of 45lbs worth of gear- nevermind the weight of the gear on my person. And I have been out in single digits with a 20-30mph wind making it feel like -10° and I have been WARM!! HALLELUJAH!! I just ordered 6 more sets. I can only imagine what the heavier version is like- this layer is toasty and actually wicks the sweat away. I have to add that as many others have said here: go a size or 2 up! I'm 6'1" 175lbs and lean. I usually wear a Large at most, but XL is snug. It's not too snug, but I definitely couldn't have worn a Large. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! :-)
