Great lights, Plug and Play within Reason

This is the 2nd set of lights from this company. I was very happy with the installation and results of the DIY LED light upgrade in my 2014 Prius V. Zero modifications needed there.
Pictures are before and after modifications I felt I needed to do to the dust covers of my 2014 Ram 2500 Hemi 6.4. Although what you see zip tied to the outside of my dust cover would have fit inside with the actual bulb housing, I couldn't really find the best place to secure them and keep them away from heat other than what you seen.
Yes, I secured the modifications/cuts & holes so that dust and/or moisture would have a difficult time getting in.
All in all, it was fun and not too hard. Really love the lights and all it exposes late a night, whether they're street lights or not.

I drive a 2009 model vehicle and I decided to switch to LED lightning due starting my day at 3 am for work. I feel like I can actually see properly driving down the road now.
Needs different O rings for 2010 WRX

These are great lights! I've tried many and so far these are the best and brightest. I just installed them so I don't know how long they'll last. I would have given 5 stars but the O ring was the wrong size and it didn't seal. Don't spend extra money on an adaptor. Go to Home Depot and get #13 O rings in the plumbing department. Perfect fit!
Incredible LED performance!

My wife ordered these for her RAV4. They produce a ton of clean crisp light! If she's happy, I'm happy!
These are excellent

Used them in a 1999 Suburban when I bought new headlight housings to replace the old yellowed ones. A few things to note:
First of all, both reflector and projector housings are very precisely designed for the specific HALOGEN bulb they are built for. That means they are designed for a bulb with a very thin filament that gives off light. Unless your LED bulb precisely replicates the thickness and positioning of the halogen filament with their LED emitter placement, you will not throw light down the road and simply produce glare that will blind oncoming traffic. We've all seen those cars head on, please don't be those people. It is probably impossible to replicate a halogen bulb completely, but these do a phenomenal job.
Two, these lights feature a rotating collar. That is there for a reason. You need to determine the direction the filament is pointing in the original halogen bulb, and these lights have to be angled EXACTLY the same when fully installed. With some housings, you may need to rotate the mounting collar to replicate the rotation of the original bulbs. If it's not rotated correctly, you will throw less light and more glare.
Three, as I mentioned before, no LED bulb will replicate the halogen one perfectly. You may need to adjust the headlights up or down (typically down) to throw the light correctly down the road instead of into the eyes of oncoming drivers. These are very bright (brighter than my stock factory LEDs in my BMW and Honda). You don't want to have these aimed incorrectly. Best thing to do is to turn on your factory bulbs against a flat background like a garage wall or door, note where the light cutoff is, and see if your LED cutoff is similar. Likely you will not need to do anything, but these are all things you have to check so that you don't create a dangerous situation for other drivers, and maximize your own headlight output.
