The assembly instruction manual needs work. The tab bending for the drawers very unclear as well as the bending for the drawer sides.
I had shipping damage to repair before I could complete assembly. The joint of the back panel was bent badly, one sliding track for the drawers was damaged.
The assembly was well engineered along with hiding all the screws from view. Packaging was very well designed but if I had to return because of freight damage or any other damage in the original packaging it wouldn't happen.
Fortunately I had an electric screw driver because the furnished tool was worthless.

Updated Review: The supplier customer service was excellent and did a great job of taking care of this defective unit. Due to the part defective, they sent a replacement filing cabinet to resolve this issue. The defective unit was annoying but this company was very responsive and did a great job taking care of my issue.

I bought this a few months ago with a different seller and all was good but one drawer was damaged in a move. After contacting the customer service via email to get a replacement drawer, the company really helped me out. I now have a new drawer on a cabinet that is great. You can hang all sizes of files and there's still room for additional stuff. The expensive shipping aside, the cabinet is well worth it. I love how much stuff fits in each drawer and also love that it can be attached to a wall.

This item is the perfect item for what I will use it. However, I found constructing this item to be time consuming, challenging, but got it to work perfectly. Just make certain you secure the bottom drawer by pushing it all the way down, and install it securely on the rails. Otherwise, the bottom drawer will not close and will cause it to collide with the top drawer. I highly recommend this item!

I'm happy with the final product but I would never buy again. It was annoying to assemble especially when you got putting tabs into slots and then bending the metal by hand. I have 2 degrees in engineering and am positive the locking mechanism works by witchcraft. I think the money I saved is going to be spent on therapy on how the cabinet hurt me. Although works great if you get the thing put together.
