got this instead of a propane model for camping. friends and family have propane units simular to this, this never blows out in the wind and has better/more even heat distribution. family members are so impressed that 2 more exact units have sold after using/seeing mine in use. (I have a solar generator/battery pack that runs if for an hour) when we choose to go dry camping. Also nice at home.

Heats quicker than expected. Please note it does take a good 30 min to get up to temp the first time but after that set to high and bring down to desired temp and while cooking you won't be using hardly any electric. Holds heat very well. The Blackstone e series 22 inch is going back within few days of purchase. It's defective and they want me to pay 10% restocking plus shipping on their defective product. Let me say, this is just like cooking on a small version of a restaurant quality grill. Great product and price.
