I figured this would be a cheap inexpensive urn but it was remarkably beautiful and excellent quality. The mortuary who put my Mom's ashes in it said that they loved it too. When they asked if I didn't mind saying how much it cost, I said it was like $45. They couldn't believe it. Their cheapest urn, which was also very nice, started at $200. I said that my Mom's ashes will be spread so the urn is only temporary. The mortuary said that they were going to order a few and offer them as a low cost alternative. Now that it is empty, my sister is going to use it as a planter in memory of my Mom. I very highly recommend this urn, you will be pleasantly surprised.

This is a beautiful urn that I use to hold my Sons ashes. He had the most beautiful blue eyes and I think he would have liked his urn. It has beautiful markings and is very sturdy. The paint doesn't chip like some I've seen. I'm extremely happy for this urn to hold my child.
