This item arrived on my porch just as you see in the photo. Not only was the box torn up, but it also wasn't even in the box and as you can see in the second picture there is a small amount of dirt on it!! This is not what I expect when I purchase a new item. The only reason I haven't returned it is the box is too badly damaged to even put it back into. Horrible quality, thin and small...disappointed customer!

The seller saw my poor review and contacted me immediately! They were happy to replace this pad at no charge. I have it installed now & it will be great for the purpose!!
