Purchased these to replace an odd legacy collection of kitchen silverware. They are a nice step up. The tablespoons are rather enormous, is my only comment. The 'teaspoons' are much closer to traditional tablespoons. Fit and finish are good. No unfinished edges. No disappointing pieces. I bought the 12 place setting, polished stainless set (to have enough to never run out). I could use them for more formal dinners, but I have a more impressive set for those times, manufactured in France.
