As someone who isn't super handy, installing was basically a breeze other than I did not test it prior to install (rookie move)"¦ the first one I received, seemed to be defective and did not have any power but I reached out to customer service and they were able to replace it quickly and have one shipped to me within a day. The second time around, it took less than 10 mins to install. I really like it so far! The only thing that would make this lock better is some type of confirmation from the inside that the door is locked. I'm big on safety and double check all doors at night and that does seem to bother me a bit. Overall, the handle seems to be really good quality and the packaging was great! Also, I love that they provide a QR code with a how to video.
