The pole collapsed numerous times. I have to try and fix daily by extending and tightening the joints together. I wish it would hold together better. The company reached out to me and will give me a refund. I updated my review from 1 to 5 stars. Pole seems to be holding up now, but did have issues before. Good customer service though.
