So far so good - I can't speak for longevity (4 stars until it proves itself) Held up to multiple power outages during our storms. Batteries are good quality and run time seems to be on par with more expensive models.

In general I really like this product. It has an issue at boot time where I get USB is not connected.
At that point I can't get it connected; however, if I boot with the USB not plugged in then I can get around the problem just by plugging it in after the boot is complete.
Contacted support and have yet to hear a response.

Just wish you could block the alarm when the power goes out. It is easy to silence when the power goes out but would rather it was just quiet until down to 20% remaining power

We live in Southwest Florida where hurricane season means sporadic power outages. This unit is meant to provide power during relatively brief power outages (hours, not days).
We have several of these in the spots where we don't want power interruptions such as our home offices, the TV ( for weather), and the living room.
If you think you are going to be without power for days then a generator may be a better choice for you.
This unit provides the uninterrupted power that we need. Well priced and works very well in n my experience with several of them.
