We love this smart toilet. We tried to balance cost versus features and are very happy. Because we have low water pressure getting a toilet with a built-in booster pump was necessary, and there aren't many models that have that (although you can add one externally to any of them.) This toilet is effective with the cleaning features. Surprisingly effective. It does not have the "enema" function some others have but the water pressure is great. The water temp is nicely adjustable, as is the seat temp and the warm air temp. We live in Colorado and we are loving the heated seat. The toilet is very good at self-cleaning (not self-sterilizing, though.) It usually appears quite clean regardless of whatever it has been recently subjected to. The build quality seems quite decent. Getting the toilet seated was slightly challenging, but our plumber figured it out. We heartily recommend this commode.

Had an issue with the first one..company sent a replacement promptly.

I bought this for the bidet and also for the light feature for my kids middle of the night bathroom trips, didn't care for the warm seat since I live in Texas and didn't think it would matter. Oh it matters, and it is awesome. One thing I've noticed is the bidet doesn't want to work for my kids. I think there must be a sensor somewhere on the seat that their little legs aren't covering that's preventing the bidet from activating.

It does need to be plugged in so I had to have an electrician come install a new outlet tied to the breaker box for about $300. I had a plumber install the toilet for about $300.

3 month update: I didn't expect to love the heated toilet seat this much! I don't use the bidet much as paper is quicker, but am glad to have that option. Also, I note that both this toilet and the new traditional American Standard one I put in the main bath stay cleaner longer than the toilets they replaced.

When my bathroom remodeling contractor installed this in my new bathroom, it wouldn't flush well enough to be used. I had him uninstall it. When I had a master plumber come to check my water pressure he discovered the issue was with the metal hose coming from the back of the toilet. It had acquired a bit of a kink during installation, which would not have been visible if the toilet was still installed. It is a small space.

Because the documentation that came with the toilet said it was not to be used by those under 8 years old, I had the master plumber install it in the master bathroom. It is working well there. Having used it for 3 months, perhaps that's just because it has a plug. This would have been fine for the house bath.

I still need to read the manual to figure out how to turn off the bowl light, and I use toilet paper more than the bidet since the air dryer is more geared towards the back. The bidet wash is excellent but the dryer is only on one side. It dried one cheek and the anus area well. As a women, if the front cleaning functionality is used, the dryer cannot dry it in any reason noble time. The option for women is to use toilet paper or stay wet.

For a $1000+ purchase I would have expected the paperwork to include at least a website if not a phone number. It seems to have a stealth manufacturer. The number provided was an Amazon off-shore call center that didn't have much in the troubleshooting product notes. The installation instructions only have English.

Easy to install, operate and clean. One gripe would be that the remote needs to be pointed at the toilet to work.

I am happy with this toilet. This replaced the Kohler smart toilet I had professionally installed first and had to return due to it not flushing well. This EPLO toilet and remote are more user-friendly and work as advertised. It is more than half the price of the Kohler. It was worth paying twice for an install since we had to remove the Kohler. The EPLO flushes well and easily with the touch of your foot to the right side. The toilet arrived within a few days, was well-packaged, and had easy-to-read instructions. I recommend this one based on my experience with it.
