This is a great alternative to Athletic Greens which is very expensive. I use the pineapple & coconut flavor and love the taste of it. What I have noticed most after taking this product is that my overall digestive system seems to work better. I ran out for a couple of days and noticed that my digestion was not as efficient from when I was taking it. I now buy it on a subscription basis so I never run out.
