The media could not be loaded. I had a cheap machine that did ok on pillows , but could not produce quality bubble wrap. This Locked Air E4C machine is one of the few I have found that does a good job on both. At first I thought I would not need much bubble wrap if I had a machine that produces only pillows . I was wrong. The pillows are often too large , and many items are first wrapped and then pillows are secondary . I tracked usage and was surprised we use about a 50/50 ratio . This makes this machine more valuable than others.
The bubble wrap it produces cost 3 cents per foot compared to 25 cents for the same quality if bought online. Double that if you buy locally. Two layers of the high quality wrap offers more protection than 6 layers of the cheap wrap that costs about 7 cents per square foot.

This machine does have a learning curve . First , the settings need to be changed if you produce bubble wrap instead of air pillows . The display isn't the best or easiest to read. Its not rocket science , but its not easy as pie either . The good news is the label on the machine has the setting code .
The machine will hesitate for 5 seconds after you push start, but this is the warm up period. (My cheap machine took several minutes) Speaking of minutes , this machine not only has a super quick warm up , but runs twice as fast. If the machine isn't working properly , check for plastic film covering the tube . It might take a minute to push it aside with a screw driver . Sounds like a chore , but its much better than spending hours removing the film on the cheaper models .

The Locked Air E4C can handle standard air pillow rolls , but it struggles a bit on the 5000 pillow rolls for a bit . It easily handles 16 inch bubble wrap rolls of 300 meters . It can also do 24 inch and double sized 16 inch , but may require more hands on . I am satisfied with the 300 meter rolls with 15.8 inch width . I suppose if you were to bolt the machine down , it would make things smoother on the extra heavy stuff.

When I first got it, there was an internal connection that was not fully connected. But through good customer service we were able to fix the issue and it worked great! I used to spend tons on rolls of bubble wrap for my products to ship, and this has saved me from doing that. It also is a space saver because instead of storing large wheels of bubble wrap, I can create how much I need at a time.

The media could not be loaded. This is great product. Fastest air cushion maker in the market. I am assuming people are having hard time setting up the temperature and the air right. Wish it had a instructions of the air set and temperature for each bag sizes. Other than that. I am happy as hell

easy to use

I have had this machine for a while now and have made about 10000 pillows with it so far with no issues, the only complaint is when starting and stopping the machine you loose 2-4 pillows do to air not being forced on during start and stops.
