This is a Google system, it is so similar to a Phone I was taken aback. I work from home but I also do other business with a computer, this system does almost nothing business. You go to the Playstore....really for apps, i need programs to preform work related things. Its a nice system for KIDS not adults. Windows work and at least not at this time, can not be substituted, I was glad that I worked with it during off business hours. I opened it and returned it the next day,

The media could not be loaded. Pros:
High Quality Display.
Speakers are Amazing.
Can be used for personal or work needs.
USB-C connectors.
Many screen adjustment options, including split screen.
Comes with keyboard & mouse.
Bluetooth capabilities are top tier.
Cons:
Difficult to attach to external screen display.
Can NOT download applications/software (Can only download from app store)
For example - if you want to use Ai you would have to use the web version. You can not download Ai or Creative Suite unless it's from the Playstore. Same thing goes for Outlook, Firefox, Teams, Zoom, etc.
Having to use the web version of many different programs and not being able to download additional software deducts a star.
Overall, I still love it and gets the job done like any computer will. It's totally worth it if $420 😉 or less. I got this baby for under $400 at 128gb. If this is ever over $450 (I'm being generous), doesn't matter if it's 500 gb, get a real all-in-one computer like Dell, Lenovo, Mac, etc...where you can actually download stuff.
Remember - this is a gigantic, customizable tablet with many computer capabilities. It's great, but let's be real, it's not a full blown computer- I aim to be as honest and realistic as possible.

I don't use the touch screen so I didn't rate. The quality of this chromebase is great. If you are more of a casual user of your computer, this is a great choice. You don't really need to worry as much about security because it is constantly updated. It's a bit more confusing to learn to save documents and edit and such but you can learn how. I did. If you're just buying things online, writing friends, using your email, this is an excellent choice.
