They are missing pieces on the sax so i don't know to do at this moment so I need a damage allowance out of it.

This saxaphone has great tone and quality, it is a good beginning sax and sounds great. Do recommend.

All parts are functional, except for the reeds. The sax is well built and has a professional appearance. The reeds are a cruel joke.

I just received this alto sax from Amazon.com , and it plays great , the only thing i changed was the mouthpiece , I ordered a Yamaha C4 from Amazon and it got here today ,
I really like the Yamaha mouth pieces , I use one on my tenor also , I use a synthetic firbracell 2 1/2 reed and I am really impressed with this saxophone, this would be great for a beginner , small and light , and once a person learns to play a saxophone , they can play any of them , I play Tenor mainly ,
I am 80 and play at home for enjoyment ,
I would highly recommend this saxophone for a student , and the price is really great also ,
I tried to post a video of me playing it on Amazon's face book page so people could hear it , under the complaint section, but it was removed ,,,, Aisiweier Gold E Flat Alto Saxophone Brass , I checked the reviews on all the alto saxophones and this one was rated pretty highly , it played great right out of the box, and the case is a soft zipper case and I like that also , came with cleaning tools and back pack straps to carry it as a back pack ,

I have had this for a year now and it still sounds as good as when I got it. Make sure to clean it because the octave key pad fell off on mine. Also buy a Yamaha mouth price and Java red reeds and you will sound 10x better
