I started taking this because I wanted to incorporate more greens in my life and this is a beauty. Whenever I take this I poop crazy and also I love that it doesn't taste like straight up grass. It's pleasant not good but passible to drink without feeling like your going to gag. I love this I just wish it was like 10 bucks because I can't afford to constantly be buying this.
