It was thicker than reviews lead me to believe. I unfortunately ordered the wrong size, all I had to do was drop it off at Kohl's for a free delivery, had my refund the next day, got my bigger one on the way! For sure thicker than reviews act. Here is my original review: This canvas is smooth, clean, and perfect. Ordered a second canvas as a back up just in case, but I haven't had a need to use it!
And now... the update.
The canvas is thin, it's not the #10 duck canvas you'll get at HighSpots. If you have a table spot or someone that wears high heels in the ring, there's a good chance you can puncture it, especially if you have good padding underneath.
The canvas did get a couple of baby holes, nothing special. I started using the second canvas and in the second show a tiny hole was made. Third show, that tiny hole turned into a 7 inch gash.
The quality is really good, and the canvas will stretch to fit. But honestly, for $200, I am not against getting a third canvas. When taken care of, they will last. And if you have an alternative canvas and you know you have a spot that will likely cause damage, use the crap canvas for that spot or the show.
If you have a show and the canvas will take a beating, I'd rather use 3 canvas at $200 each than 3 canvas from the "industry" sites and spend $700 each. Fiscal responsibility!
