This poor duck lasted about a month (which is a long time in our house). Our 7 month old golden retriever ripped all the stuffing out by the end of the 1st week, the squeaker is long gone, and he's missing a significant amount of limbs. Yet he's my pup's all time favorite. We washed him 3 times, and as you can see"¦ he gets a lot of abuse"”I mean use.

As for crinkle toys, this one wins lol. Funny thing is that it is not annoying. It is large enough, light enough, and makes enough sounds that it is a toy that can be flopped around rather safely (in mine, my family, and my friend's home). Yes, this is one that I get for mine and as a gift for others. Is not a toy for outside and once torn open then it is time to toss (unless you have great sewing skills). My pups sometimes use it to cuddle with :) for the price point it is a great (non aggressive chewer) floppy crinkle toy. I will continue to get more of these for sure.

We have a Golden Retriever puppy who is a pretty aggressive chewer and she's been playing with this toy for about a month now and it looks as good as it did the day it arrived! She loves to make it crinkle and tosses it into the air. It's one of her favorite toys. I don't mind the crinkle sound, it lets me know where she's playing! She's not a big squeaker toy only fan and doesn't make the head squeak very often! I would replace this if she ever tears it apart!

This toy lasted longer than I expected it to, but eventually was destroyed after 2 weeks. Its still around, it still looks like a duck, but the feet and bill are shredded. Both my dogs love this thing and they get into a tug of war over it on occasion. It has cellophane inside the body that crackles and the bill at one time did squeak, but that lasted about 3 days. So far it's held up and it's still in the game.
