I'll agree with other reviewers here and say that the Intel NUCs are EXCELLENT machines for small business workstation use. The average office worker doesn't need a big huge computer taking up their entire desk. The NUCs are small enough to sit or mount behind the monitor and you wouldn't even notice it was there. They're a tad pricey because of the Intel name, but we've gotten our money's worth on every one of these we've ever ordered. They're incredibly versatile too. I actually have one at home connected to my TV as a media player and one in the front of my store running a slideshow for customers. Great product.

I bought this BARE BONES and loaded my own OS and RAM. The NUC came with minimal instructions on how to get into the CMOS. Had I not had the experience and knowledge from past NUCs, I would have been lost. I did not like how they setup the CMOS. I made some adjustments to get it to boot from my M.2 SSD chip. After some trial and error, I got it to work. It's FAST and I like that. I'm still working through issues with the instability of the Thunderbolt ports but suspect it might be the cable. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. Would I buy this again? Yes, but next time I would buy one that was already loaded with an OS and ready to go.
BTW, the customer service for this was outstanding. I highly recommend them.
