We love Not Milk! We used to buy it refrigerated, then had trouble finding it that way. Luckily, we can get it shelf stable on Amazon!

This is the best tasting, closest to real milk, alternative that we've had. The shelf stable does taste a little different than the cold one, but it still good.

I use it anytime milk is called for and it works well. If you are looking for a mild tasting, similar to cow's milk experience, this is it!
