I have been using for many years another well known Swiss brand that unfortunately have declined in quality. I thought I would try this bag and it just went through it's first travel and flight. It is a pretty good bag with lots of space for my ever ending things I need for business. The retractable handle is 100% better than my old Swiss brand where the screws come out several times a day. The only one small issue I have is the actual handles to pick up the bag that are two separate handles with a tiny buttoned leather strap to hold them together, that is way to small and awkward to click closed. Once closed it makes it harder for quick access to the compartments that could be looked up as more secure?
Overall it is working for me but lets see once it has a few thousand more miles on it.
