These towels are a bit expensive but they are worth it. The cotton has been made to absorb liquid and dry nicely and fully. The color is crucial in my kitchen as I cook with reddish sauces. These are not for drying clean dishes or stainless steel. These should be used to: dry hands, wipe dirty hands, wipe messes, dry produce, or as a temporary drying mat.
