I bought Jessie for my hat loving little girl. Ours sadly did not come with her hat. She tries to put Woodys hat on him or guides my hand over her puzzles to force a letter O on Jessie's head. The doll was a great price so I'm not too upset. Just hard to tell your baby who doesn't understand and can't communicate verbally that her cowgirl doesn't have a hat.
