This is my first canister from this company , but ever since I got it my water quality has not been foggy or yellow , before I got this one my water was getting cloudy I have about 10 fish so I had to do frequent water changes with this now not so often . I still have to get any debris buildup with a net . It comes with a UV light which helps clean the water . Only problem was the prime button that you pull the handle came off but I was able to fix it . It's very quiet and the optional flow is great. 4 stars because of the handle

There is a delay because of the time difference, I think most of the problem was due to me impatience

Bought this for a 10gal nano tank. I can just barely get the inflow and outflow adjusted to fit, but it works. One thing I will say is: buy a tube of food safe silicone lube and lube all the seals. A higher end canister will either send the seals already lubed, or will say to lube them in the instructions, or both, but this one doesn't. The instructions are poorly translated, but if you've set up a canister filter before or are mechanically inclined and can follow the pictures, setup is easy and straightforward. I swapped out the provided bio balls for a bag of Seachem Matrix, especially since the capacity for media is limited. The floss pad seems good, it reminds me of the polishing pad in my Marineland 360 canister on my goldfish tank.
The water was cloudy when I set the filter up, and it immediately started clearing. It's been 24 hours and the water is still a little cloudy, but it's much clearer than it had been with a smaller filter and my fish all seem happier.

Packaged well, the manual pump to fill is a bit of a pain. Quick tip, pull the top of the filter off and fill the canister to the top. This helps reduce manually pumping time. Biggest concern was the kinked tubing. To eliminate this issue place the kinked tubing into boiling water to help the tube spring back into shape.

This filter stopped working after 10 months, I reached out to the seller to find out what the warranty was on this item, and there is none. However he did offer that I could purchase a new one for half price. When I asked again about the warranty I got crickets. Unless you want to through your money away, stay clear from this item.
*****Update***** The seller did contact me after this review. It took about a week to get the problem resolved and they ended up sending me out a replacement unit. I still didn't get an answer back if there is a warranty on the item but am pleased that they stepped up and sent out a new unit. So I updated their stars from 1 to 4. It's important for buyers to know what the warranty is on an item.
