So far so good. It took a second try to figure it out (look on Pinterest for a recipe not the book it comes with) second try came out delicious. It does take an hour to make a batch but it's fairly easy.
It does make ravioli!

It takes a learning curve to figure out how to make good, no perfect, but good enough. We have found that going slow while stuffing is the best way. If you go fast they burst out and leave a mess. You also cannot reuse the dough at this point. Go slow and they are edible.
