It turns with the slightest breeze. Easy to assemble. Bearings are protected with a cap to help prevent water infiltration and rust.
I own 2 other wind spinners made by this company, that are over a year in the yard...central FL. They are working like new. I always spray my spinners with a clear UV resistant spray, and repeat annually.
I will say however, in my experience, that not all the spinners offered by this company work as well. I've ordered and returned a couple because they are just to heavy to spin easily. Always disappointing and a pain to return.
Rest assured though, that this particular spinner is a "good one"!!

We love our new wind spinner. It is very sturdy and beautiful. Even the strongest winds do not hurt it. We live in a very windy part of Maui and it spins and turns with the wind and looks amazing in our yard.

There were no issues in assembling the spinner. The instructions are pictorial which is ok since it's made in China. I'm impressed with the quality on the spinner and the pole so far. I would not leave this out in high winds and I expect to replace bearings at some point but again I'm very pleased
