I think these are a great option for a re-usable breast pad. They are a good size and very absorbable. I like how it comes with a non-cheesy storage. Personally, I felt like a lot of the other options with storage bags had super ugly patterns. It may not matter to some people but it's the little things that matter. If it have to tote these around with me all of the time, I want it to be pretty, you know?
My only compliant is the seam. At times, you can see the seam through your bra. If it didn't have a seam, I would rate it 5 stars.

Soft and absorbent but noticeable thru sports bras and other bras without formed cups. Pads are thick and can get warm and sweaty in hot weather. I have been using these for over a month and they are holding up well.

Soft and gentle material, nice against sensitive areas during the newborn breastfeeding stage. Easy to wash & air dry. The pads haven't leaked for me. A little lumpy looking under certain clothing, but I'm really not put off by that. Such an improvement over the disposable nursing pads I was using which left adhesive behind on my nursing bras. These pads don't have adhesive, they just sit in my bra and I've not had any shifting problems.
