I bought this so I could give my wife a massage. Doing it on the floor was uncomfortable for my knees. The table is a little narrow but it has side supports near the elbows. It is very sturdy and easy to unfold. I already have a set of massage stones and some unscented oil to use in conjunction with the table. It's great table. My reasons for the table are very selfish. Just a great excuse to get my wife naked.
