It works really well making smoothies and chopping. We've used it quite a lot over the past year. We worked it pretty hard with frozen berries and something stripped out in the motor or drive shaft. I sent a request that day and was responded to the next day. Ayer describing my problem they sent me a brand new one and it arrived three days after my initial message. As easy a replacement as it gets. And the warranty is five years long.

I've purchased four different stick blenders in the last year because inevitably the attachments strip away and no longer stay locked in to the handheld. I finally decided to spend a little more money on this product and was very happy with it for about two months before it also stripped away.
I sent an email directly to the company's customer service asking if I could just get a replacement attachment. Much to my surprise, they sent me a whole new blender! I was stunned.
I highly recommend both the product and the manufacturer. The blender comes with a 5 year warranty and boy, do they honor it! All I had to provide was my Amazon order number and contact info and they sent it within two days. Amazing customer service!!

We used this blender for a short time but the bottom seal began to leak. We contacted the company using the phone number attached to the power cord. They were very helpful and shipped use a completely new blender with all the attachments which we received in only a few days. It is a powerful machine that is easy to use and cleans up quickly. It comes with many attachments for blending and chopping. The customer service is excellent made us feel like a different time when manufacturers actually were proud of there products and stood behind them.
