Nice soft shower

We were looking specifically for a "gentle" shower. Both my wife and I disliked the intense needle-like streams of water produced by our previous showerhead.
Chose this one specifically because of the low flow rate (1.75gpm, lower than a lot of the other showerheads) and the broad head size for a wider distribution.
We're very happy with the flow; it produces nice, soft, gentle streams. Our daughter didn't much care for it, because the gentler flow made it more challenging for her to wash and rinse her long thick hair, so she had to get used to using the handheld showerhead for the rinsing.
The handheld head produces intense sprays, adjustable to several spray patterns, and also has a flow adjustment at the base of the head (so you can "pause" the flow while it's directed to the handheld).
Unfortunately, the adhesive backing of the bracket to hold the handheld showerhead isn't that strong, and it has come unstuck repeatedly, causing the handheld head to clatter noisily into the tub.
Eventually I took it off and applied some new heavy duty adhesive backing to the mounting bracket to ensure it won't come off.
My two complaints are:
1. The switch to direct the flow from the main head to the handheld is in an awkward location to reach, because the square shower head is rather in the way, especially for shorter people.
2. After you finish a shower, the broad square head can retain a small layer of water inside it, so it's helpful to rotate the showerhead "up" and "diagonal" so that the corner is pointing down, and the water can run out the holes nearest the corner. But if you make a habit of this, remember to always rotate the showerhead clockwise. If you go counterclockwise enough times you may loosen the attachment of the head where it is screwed on to the extension arm.

This shower head was a huge upgrade from the $10 one we had. I love that it has the handheld and rain head. The only thing I dislike is more a issue with our shower than the design but to switch between the heads it's up right at the top where the pipe comes out. (Ours is higher than normal) BUT I absolutely love how adjustable it is for flow and position.

looks and feels great but was a bit complicated to put together at first, had a problem where parts kept wanting to come un-done while you were a threading other parts onto it, and then even with the provided o rings and plumbers tape it still leaks just a little bit from parts of the shower head that were already put together in the box when i received it.

I installed it just like instructions and everywhere leaks. Got extra white tape as well but still so much leaks that I just decided to quit and put my old one back. Never buying this ever ever again! I wish I could just give no stars.
They sent a replacement because the first one was clearly defective and took me 4 hours coming to the solution that it was defective. I got the new one and installed it with no leaks at all. The trick is to put that white tape a lot before screwing any part so they will be no leak. My problem was the main head was so lose that nothing would stay on on the shower head. I am satisfied now.

My husband and I both love it! Installation wasn't too hard, and we haven't had any issues with it leaking at all. I do recommend using a wrench to tighten it when installing. My only caution would be if your shower arm is higher up on your wall, it may be more be difficult for you to reach the switch that diverts the water from the shower head to the handheld. My 5'11 husband has no issue reaching it, but I (4'11) am not able to reach it. This is has more to do with our shower design than the actual shower head though. Overall we're extremely happy with it!!
