The valet is very nice. What is worth putting here is that the company's customer service was excellent. Small flaw in the original shipment. contacted their customer service with pics. Within 5 hours a new part was on its way. Made it a whole lot easier than packing it back up and returning to Amazon.

Arrived early. Easy to assemble. Seems pretty sturdy. There are a few dings and scratches but it wasn't worth taking it apart and returning. It is missing the extension cord and I haven't reached out to customer service to see if that can be shipped out.

Valet looks nice at a distance but the finish on one side of the jewelry holder is uneven, not consistently colored. Customer service was great on the missing piece but truthfully feel it's not the quality I expected at that price.
