I was a little wary of buying these because of what all the 1-2 stars were saying but these are the best rated with the most reviews so I decided to take a chance. So far they're good, exactly as described. I can't remember if the review for the lights being too bright was for this product or a different one but in my opinion, the lights aren't that bright. They'll definitely bother you if you need a pitch black room to sleep but they're not blinding bright or anything like that. They last a good amount, haven't had to charge my battery yet but I'm also not a massive gamer, I only play a few hours a day (if that).
So far my only "concern"/complaint is that, even with the batteries being taken out, the light is still on (pictured). I figured it would go away after a little while but it's still on. I took all batteries off the charger around probably 9pm the night before and the light is still current on at 4pm.
I'll try to remember to post an update after a week/month or if anything changes.
