Simplifies a task I do many times a day

With my first kid I got by with sterilizer bags for the microwave and the santize and heated dry settings on the dishwasher. I think that was probably fine as far as keeping him protected from the bacteria that can grow on dirty pump parts and bottles. But I my drying rack was ALWAYS full, and I would regularly knock a clean bottle or two onto the ground or into the sink.
With a smaller kitchen and crappier dishwasher for baby number two I decided to splurge on this sterilizer+dryer. It is so worth it! With the exception of maybe one skinny bottle every 3rd cycle, everything is completely dry at the end of the combo cycle. The combo cycle lasts 45 minutes (15 steam + 30 dry). After that, I can put everything away and keep my counters much more clear.
One frustration about my very hard water is that I need to descale every couple of cycles. I just use regular white vinegar. That's not a problem with this device specifically, but if you really hate descaling, you may want to use distilled water.

Fits 6 narrow neck Dr Brown bottles with all parts (except the dome lids), so that makes me happy. Needs the full 60 minute cycle or the bottles just aren't dry. The machine is slightly cumbersome in two ways. 1- that you have to clean the metal disc each use with vinegar if you aren't using distilled water (I still had to clean it frequently with distilled, though). You'll see hard water deposits develop quickly. 2- You also have to carefully line up each piece of the plastic parts or steam will escape out of the sides.
I probably wouldn't buy this again - I had a UV sterilizer for my first born and much preferred it. But this gets the job done.

I thought this was a ridiculously overpriced and overhyped item. I made it about four
weeks postpartum using a microwave sterilizer. It was just taking too long, and I was having to set all the parts out to dry. I love that I can set this and forget it and come back to it and the parts will be sterile and dry. This has helped keep the pumping parts moving through so that they are ready when I need them. The only thing I would change about this product is making the top shelf a little taller so that the flanges fit better. They have to be set perfectly in there to fit.

I had the Chicco sanitizer/dryer and liked it until it stopped drying after 3 months of near constant use - so I decided to upgrade. I trust the Baby Brezza brand and was sold on the "fits pump parts" because I'm exclusively pumping so lots of bottles and flanges so being able to do everything together was perfect. But my standard 24mm Spectra/MayMom flanges do NOT fit where the Amazon pictures shows them fitting! To be fair - it does say "pump parts" instead of straight up saying "fits flanges". So super annoyed about the flanges not fitting but it does work and dry so there's that"¦
