If you like crunchy cereal, this is for you! I like the amount of protein it offers but it almost cuts your mouth it's so crunchy! I had it as a snack (no milk) during the day but also tried it with milk and it was yummy! Taste isn't bad, just crunchy.

For adults who are trying to shed weight this cereal is perfect! It has 20 grams of protein, which makes my breakfast wonderful. That's a cup of cereal and I add a small box of raisins, blueberries and a cup of Almond Milk. You can add almost any fruit to it. I've gotten rid of unwanted weight and this has played a tremendous role in helping me to be able to wear clothes I had pushed to the back of my closet. Protein is the key. If you are expecting cocoa pebbles, this is not for you. It is no where near as sweet as commercial cereal. It's not supposed to be. But it does have a nice flavor, isn't soggy in almond milk, and I liked it. I think it is worth the price for an occasional food, but not a daily food, though I don't blame the company for the price. High protein(typically high carb) food costs more to make, compared to the high carb food it is based on.

I had gastric bypass and now my stomach is very small, and the 1 cup portion size is just right to eat with a a banana. The flavor is delicious, finally a protein lower carb cereal that does not taste like cardboard. I also bought the berry version at Wal-Mart and I have yet to try that but the chocolate almond crunch is delicious!

Haven't tried a lot of protein cereals yet but haven't felt the need to because I like this one a lot. In my opinion the chocolate is better than the mixed berry. It's not the easiest to chew? Like if you eat a bunch in one sitting your jaw might get tired but that hasn't turned me off to it.
