I like that it has different products to clean vehicle however my only complaint is which the twisting extension that causes it to lock and unlock. When washing the truck and switching hand positions and grips the extension kept collapsing on me cause me to stop, pull out the extension again and twist it back in place. It was frustrating. Maybe if it had a different mechanism such as a push button locking system I would probably recommend this product to others.

Ok so the seller was kind enough and reached out to me in regards to the issues I was having with their product. I was able to get a replacement and see if I was having the same issues. I tried it out this past wknd and washed my truck. I anticipated that I would have the same issue however I was wrong and the handle didn't collapse on me this time!!! I was able to switch hand placement as I went around the truck and the locking mechanism remained locked. I kept it going and washed my other vehicle as well. So I'm thinking that the other handle something was wrong to where it wouldn't lock in place. So of course I'm a happy camper washing both cars was a breeze and now seeing how easier it was for me to wash my car with it vs hand washing has definitely saved my back. I would recommend and give 5 stars!!!!
