I finally bought into the hype that comes along with these massagers. For work, I walk between 10 and 20 miles daily on uneven terrain and in all weather conditions. At times, I'm walking in snow that can reach the height of an average full grown person. With that, my body gets incredibly sore. I purchased multiple massagers with the intention of keeping just one. This was the one I kept. It's very easy to use, and comes with many attachments to attack muscle pain of most any type. I generally stick to my legs and back, but this particular item is quite versatile. With 20 power settings, you're sure to find the right combination of attachment and power to suit your needs. I would absolutely recommend this product.

I love this product! So much that I have bought 3 more as gifts. One for my thirty something very active friend and another for a
70+ year old friend. So useful for pain relief after an active day for each of them. Heads up, though. After dozens of uses my 60 year old friend's gun began making a rattle noise, referred to by another reviewer as sounding like a "lawnmower" and then the attachment device fell out along with a large silver screw, disabling the device. My friend took the malfunctioning gun apart using a tiny screwdriver (that one might use to repair eyeglasses) to remove the housing and then an Allen wrench to reinsert and tighten the silver bolt once the gun is opened up. Put it all back together and it once again works great. I suggest not using it as a pressure device, but just let it do its thing without pressing harshly.

Not only do I suffer from arthritis in my knee, I also have muscle pain from scoliosis. I go to the chiropractor, acupuncturist and masseuse regularly. This little gadget helps in between these visits. And I found it helps especially loosen glute muscles which for women can be a nightmare. Love love love it! It also has many cool attachments.
