This works great for our basement laundry room. The builders didn't install a vent so we were in a bind. This does exactly as described. It does heat up the laundry room and make it humid so we do leave the laundry room door open which also heats up the basement. That's not ideal but will be great in the winter.

So it sure is an indoor dryer vent. Our rental doesn't have a dryer vent so we went with this. The house heats up when. It's used and the top doesn't snap onto the bucket amazingly but hey, it's cheap and it works. We put it on top of our dryer with a Velcro command strip to hold it still.

It's simple to use and cheap. Looking forward to using it in the winter. Need to keep a fan blowing fresh air in the laundry room or else the humidity goes sky high. Good value for the money.

Solved my vent problem but this item is much smaller than I thought which means I have to clean it out more often. I did have to put it somewhere that I could reach it easier so impossible to hide. It does work as intended and for that, 4 stars.

Excellent device for catching the lint that is discharged from the dryer. The dryer's lint catcher has a lot of lint, so I know the air flow is working well. It is easy to disconnect the large tubing and fill the necessary amount of water into the bucket. It seems as though the drying process got shorter after I replaced the previous vent kit with this one.
