I purchased these walkie-talkies for my 8 & 9 year-old boys to keep on hand as an alternative to their cell phones while they're playing outside.
They are awesome!
We are amazed by the range distance. I can contact the kids at least at least half a mile away from home if not further~
the sound is loud and clear too!
The Flashlight is a very handy addition especially during the winter hours when it gets dark earlier.
We've had ours for a couple of months and they're still running on the same batteries.

Wow these are super cool! The range is amazing! Picked up one of my daughters classmates and they couldn't believe they were able to talk! I'm not sure where she lives but has to be within 3 miles range. With putting the batteries in was impossible so I had my husband do it he had to use a knife ridiculous!

I bought these for my 4 yr old so she can radio me from her room instead of shouting my name through the house. Its pretty easy for her to use. the only thing I don't like about it is that it picks up other frequencies and will radio someone else's conversation. they were on our channel the other night and talked so much the batteries died.
