Just like any case for an iPhone, the purpose is to protect the device. These covers work as I hoped they would, to protect the my iWatch while at work(landscaping/irrigation company). After about 2 years of using this product I have never had an issue with my watch, yes usually they (cover) lasts me about 2-3 weeks and I put a new one on but small expense to protect my watch. I usually get cracks and scratches on the cover with in a day or 2 of replacement but that has not affected use of my watch.

A friend showed me this cover on his watch. We did side by side comparison - mine without cover, his with. At first glance, you don't even notice. It's not a big/bulky cover.
I can't say it's great for a mechanic or contractor. But it protects my watch when I'm at the gym, weekend home repairs/home improvement projects, gardening, gym workouts, etc.
Cover has been on my watch 24/7 for past few months. No visible scratches, so cover material is durable. No trouble using watch touch screen. I take the cover off occasionally to clean it.

I first bought these on a recommendation from a coworker. I bout 2 sets. 1 set of transparent and 1 set of black. I had the black case on my watch (Apple Watch 7 in 45mm) and I was rebuilding my utility trailer and doing some welding work on it. I forgot to take my watch off - and you guessed it, some weld spatter landed on the face of the protective screen. When I had finished welding, I noticed 3 distinct spots where the spatter had landed. The protective case was literally spiderwebbed with cracks all over the face. It was impossible to see the condition of the actual watch face. When I removed the case, to my amazement, the actual watch face was completely unharmed. Not a mark on it.

The second time I had the transparent case on the same watch and had just finished a run. I had taken the case off to clean all the sweat from the watch and literally just put the case back on when it slipped from my hands. It landed face down on the concrete foot path. Again the screen protective case was completely spiderwebbed and I could not read the watch face at all. When I removed the case, the actual watch face, was once again, completely unharmed.

I have had my watch for about a year and have only used the smiling watch protector since day one - my watch screen looks as good as it did on the day I took it out of the box - all thanks to the Smiling watch protectors!

I will not use anything else to protect my watch and have literally given them away to my friends who had nothing on their Apple Watches.

Was unsure about product when I first purchased and received item but I am very impressed. I am a marine mechanic and my watch has been replaced due to broken screen so I decided when I bought my new one to try a protective screen and I can definitely say these do the job they are supposed to. Am definitely a life long customer. Already planning on buying more just to have them on hand

I work around a lot of concrete and metal structures and this Apple Watch protector cover has saved my watch on many occasions! The case took the brunt of the hit and absolutely protected the watch. Saving a lot of money by not having to replace the watch glad face this is a great investment!
