Very Nice Ladder Ball Set

While this is the most expensive ladder ball set that I've tried, it is also definitely the nicest and sturdiest one that I've tried. While you can get an inexpensive plastic ladder ball set, it's worth investing in something like this that is going to last longer. It seems like wood is the best, but I had one before that was metal, and it was really nice as well.
I live in Idaho, and we get very strong winds sometimes. This was in my backyard, and a few days ago, we got some of those strong wind. This ladder ball set did not fall over.
In the past, I've used mostly the softer ladder ball balls, and these are a bit harder. So far, that seems to mean that they will be sturdier and last longer.
This was very easy to assemble. I have put together other ladder ball sets, so I'm sure that helped. I was able to assemble this on my own in probably 5 minutes. I plan to keep this set-up all the time, but it does seem like it would be easy to disassemble as well.
If I have one complaint, it would be that the 35-inch version does not have a scoring system on the side. It's not a huge issue. You can keep track of the score in your head or create your own score sheet. It's just a nice addition that my previous ladder ball set had.

We put this together on Memorial Day weekend during a camping trip, and the kids loved it!
Assembly was simple, with one exception. One of the holes in the structure wasn't drilled out quite enough, so it took some real effort to screw a couple pieces together.
The structure of the ladders is solid and put up with repeated impacts from my toddlers' missed throws. The ladders never tipped over, despite a few decent wind gusts.
I really like that the game comes with a carrying case, so it is easy to break down and travel with!
