Colzer is VERY Difficult to get follow through on what they say

Had the cooler for just short of 2 years and only in service for 18 mos in new house we built... worked fine until it didn't... contacted Colzer customer service and they were very prompt in suggesting some troubleshooting options to determine the problem in which they concluded "I will arrange for a new machine to be sent out by the warehouse staff as soon as it is approved by the Supervisor on Amazon." I have not heard a thing since that day (12/2/22) I have sent follow-up messages 3 times asking for an update but nothing. That is not acceptable. Finally just had to throw it away and buy a different brand"¦ went 9 months with no follow up.

The product itself is beautiful, and I love the option to turn on the light and that both side have the wooden edges on the shelves. Looking forward to having it be the centerpiece of my soon-to-be renovated bar.
What really blew me away though was the level of customer service I received from Colzer. UPS dropped off a very beat up box, and when I opened it the bottom metal vent was completely bent out of shape. I reached out to Colzer directly to see if I could get a replacement piece so I wouldn't have to deal with Amazon returns. Teresa wrote be back within THREE HOURS(!!), and was able to send me the replacement piece. Even with all the delays in shipping worldwide, I was able to get it super quick. It's hard to find companies that stand behind their products (especially when they weren't the ones who messed things up!), and I greatly appreciate the support. Thank you Teresa and Colzer team!!!

Decent fridge. Insulation maybe could be a little better.

Just got this a couple of days ago. Setup in my 18" shop shelves was a breeze. The fridge ran quite a bit. I investigated a little with a scanning thermometer and saw that the sides were consistently 1-2 degrees cooler than the surrounding air. It turns out that the box the fridge ships with has large pieces of 1.5" styrofoam in it, so I packed those down the sides to increase the insulation of the fridge. To my surprise, that seems to have helped, with the fridge running less frequently and for shorter periods with the same room temperature. So I suspect in their quest to get the most usable room in the smallest form factor, they skimped some on insulation. When I get the time I'll compare the top's temperature with the ambient and insulate that if it's lower. Of course the main heat intrusion will be through the glass door, and there's not much to be done there.

The media could not be loaded. Really liked this can cooler for 9 months, then the chirping started (see video). Fan in the rear of the unit is chirping. Initially it was not very loud, but in the last month it has become very loud. Attempted to contact seller for warranty information and no reply.
Update: Colzer has contacted and offered a full refund or replacement cooler. Very impressed with their responsiveness. Will update when we receive our new can cooler.

Unresolved fan issue with a new beverage cooler - UPDATED

Late Nov, only a few weeks after getting the cooler, the fan became quite noisy. It went away a couple days later but then returned and has not stopped making noise. I reached out to Colzer on 11/25/22 and then again on 12/11/22. Got a reply on 12/12/22. I followed their instructions and requests for info over the next couple weeks. Heard from them on 1/2/23 to tell me they would be replacing the machine. Have not heard back from them since despite attempts to reach them. Very disappointing I am being ignored at this point leaving me with a noisy fan in a new machine. This needs to be resolved immediately.
Edited - 2/7/23: I have updated this review since I have now heard from customer service explaining why the lack of response from them and they have resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. Was very happy dealing with a business with good after sales service despite the little hiccup I had.
