Beautifully made, far superior to the old cast zinc gyroscope I had as a boy. This beauty spins up wonderfully and keeps running for many minutes allowing me to demonstrate angular motion and momentum to my entire class with one go.

High quality gyroscope - hard to thread

Good quality. The grandkids enjoyed watching the gyroscope defy gravity. On the downside - it was hard to thread the string through the hole in order to wrap the pull-string to spin the scope. Young grandkids were interested but definitely requires an adult to thread the gyroscope and pull the string with enough force to make it spin.

I haven't mastered this gyroscope yet. I have to learn to wrap and pull the string properly.
But it is high quality and exactly what I wanted and expected.
My box was a little damaged when received (4 stars) but the product was perfect. Also, it came packed with the styrofoam peanuts which I didn't really like.
