Read all the reviews. Saw where some didn't like that the name Thermos was in the name and it was not a Thermos brand. To me who cares. It's built like a tank. Very nice and sturdy.
This morning at 4am I filled it with hot coffee. Still hot at 2pm. After pouring i to my cup had to wait a couple minutes for it to cool. Got home at 7:45pm, still a lid cup left. Still very warm. Perfect to my liking for temperature. Normally I fill with HOT tap water before I fill with coffee. Did not this morning. So I'm Very impressed how hot it kept it withoutmy trick. Highly recommend this Thermos.
Personally I'm particularly about my cups so the lid cup will do in a pinch but I probably won't use it much, so not all that important to me. All in all I would give it a 9.75. Why only 9.75...cuz nothing is a 10 except Bo Derek... 😃

this item leaks. Difficult to clean. It will keep your drinks hot as intended but is simply not worth the cost.
UPDATE: after posting this review the company reached out to me and offered to replace the thermos !! They were very quick to respond in a caring way. I am truly amazed. You just dont find that sort of customer service any more. They care about the product that they make and they care about their customers even more ! I will do business with this company again and again to be sure !
