In the product description, it said that there were erasers that could be attached to the head of the pencil. The head actually looks like a regular pen clicker that the erasers can't attach to. Just pull it off and there's the refillable head. I like that the eraser is protected, but I just don't like that everything is plastic. I'd suggest finding a more earth friendly material. Other than that, the quality looks pretty good so far.
