I got this phone on prime day and it was the best deal ever!!! I have been waiting to upgrade from my beloved Note9 but it finally reached its end point so I decided to go with the S22plus in pink. It's stunning and it works perfectly. I will always be a Samsung phone person, they seem to last me for years and thankfully I have never had any issues with them. Super happy with this purchase!!

It came poorly packaged and the phone was shaking everywhere inside the Amazon box and also I'm hesitant about opening it because the Samsung seals aren't there and instead it's a generic transparent circular sticker. Thinking on sending it back. (The phone's box should come with the black samsung seal as seen in the one with black letters)

This phone is amazing!

I upgraded from a Google Pixel 2XL to the Samsung S22+. The main reason I left Google was that there were many times when my phone WOULD NOT get a signal. Standing right next to my daughter, on the same family plan, her iPhone got full bars and I got "network unavailable." Very frustrating. So goodbye Google (for now, anyway). You will never see me buy an iPhone but I've had many Samsungs in the past, so back I went.

This phone is not blowing me away with awesomeness but I like it.

Not so great:
Sometimes it doesn't recognize my face.
I have a VERY hard time using the fingerprint thing to unlock the phone.
It doesn't impress me with lightning-fast processor speed.
The Samsung alarm clock didn't work correctly. It was making annoying noises instead of using the music I had chosen to wake up to. So I dumped that app and downloaded the Google clock because I do not like to be jolted awake. After 2-3 mornings of obnoxious noises, I was done messing with it.

Very nice:
The S22+ has not malfunctioned at all in the two weeks I've had it, so that's good. (You never know.)
The data transfer thing worked fantastically -- It grabbed all the apps from my Google phone and set me up effortlessly.
Other than the clock, all of the apps work great.
Easy to organize all the apps.
Easy to use, easy to figure out how to find what I'm looking for. I guess you would call that UX.
The camera is good, as expected.

I tend to keep my phones for 4-5 years, so I'm hoping it lasts.

The media could not be loaded. Me agradó mucho el diseño , el color , como se siente en la mano , la cámara ...y un sin fin de características que en serio lo considero el más hermoso y elegante que he tenido y mira que anteriormente tenía el Note 20 ultra que es bastante elegante . La cámara mejor que la que ya tenía y eso es demaciado decir ya que la de el Note me parece perfecta .
Lo que no me gusta es que quisiera que la batería durará mucho más, no esta mal pero tampoco perfecta , me da para el día completo , es decir 20 a 21 horas y 5 a 6 horas de pantalla aproximadamente.
