I got this because I cannot find my old sewing stuff and needed to have the basics around for minor fixes. It has a fantastic selection of colors. All of the tools are pretty cheap and feel very low end, but they will get the job done. This will be handy for simple hemming and mending projects. The folder storage is clever after a lifetime of working with sewing boxes. This particular set is quite large--almost like a school binder in size. I would travel with one of the much smaller sets. Glad to have the essential tools at my disposal as I rebuild my sewing kit.
